For each song Fred shows you how to fingerpick backup while singing, how to play an instrumental solo, and how to begin and end the tune. Along the way, you’ll learn a lot about finger-picking: backup patterns, soloing ideas and chord positions. Each song is played at regular speed and then slowed down on a split-screen that gives you a close-up look at the picking and chording hands. All the arrangements are clearly written out in tab and music in the accompanying booklet, along with lyrics.
